Nobody needs an E08, or any other rating for that matter.
With all due respect, a pair of functioning legs is worth more than a rating any day. You might want to consider re-examining your priorities.

On 9/21/08 you posted that you've never been in a tournament before to get a rating and you were attending an Unrated tournament. How did you get your E07 in 2008?
