In the interest of being helpful as well, to echo what others have said, ignoring pain and injury is foolish business. Take it from the guy with back problems who is recovering from shoulder surgery who never had any injury issues till a couple years ago.
And in the interest of being snarky: Maybe you should try a different weapon? Because 6 years trying to get an E, clearly something isn't working out..

Currently I'm a E08, but I'm really pushing to get my C or B by then end of this year. Then Senior year I'll keep pushing for A.
Does it matter that i am A strip for sabre?

SORRY IF I MIS-SPOKE BUT:
I meant to say that I hadn't gotten a ranking THIS YEAR. 2008.
2008 has been my laziest year by far.
Well, if it's only a little temporary pain, go ahead and ignore it. It couldn't cause any cumulative damage or anything, and it's more important just to do whatever you want to do.
I mean, that's the advice of some on the "cup" thread, after all.
And I wonder why they don't realize that an E is more important than preventing an injury, when clearly they know that avoiding a bit of "discomfort" is more important than doing avoiding injury...
Whither consistency?

Injury and pain are different things. Young athletes often can't tell when they are just sore or if they have damaged their body. As such, asking a doctor is a really good idea.

Heh. The old "But that's different!" defense. How novel.
I have actually seen someone knocked unconscious by a groin shot in SCA combat.
Through armor.
Read the section titled "Impact Injuries", and read the recommendations:
Injury from testicular trauma may be rare, but that does not mean they should be disregarded as "just a little temporary pain" to be endured and ignored if you're a real man...

I am not impressed. If you want to debate the merits of ball hits, please take it to the cup thread.

It's not.
Though I am impressed that you managed to combine a false analogy and straw man into a single post, cross-thread argument.

Yes, ice your injury, rest, and take some ibuprofen, sounds like cutting edge stuff.
