Wheelchair fencing classifications

Can someone either explain the rating system of A, B, C or tell me where I can find a description?

I see that so and so is going to fence as a B epeeist, etc. I want to know what they mean.

I am going to be rated at a tournament and I was wondering about it.

There are only three classes; class A incorporates those athletes with good balance and recovery and full trunk movement; class B those with poor balance and recovery but full use of one or both upper limbs; class C athletes with severe physical impairment in all four limbs.
