Michael Crichton has died. I'll miss him. I really liked his books.

He always had some great subjects in his books. While I have not read his as much as R.A.H. the ones that I did read were always gripping and fun.

eeeek... I hadn;t realized that he had done so much and that many of the movies as well as book that I like were written by him. See below:

Holy crap!

I read one of his books once... the only time i'll do that, it was a bit of a drag, but it turned out okay in the end.

It's a shame they always ruined his books when turning them into movies, he wrote some really solid sci-fi and medical fiction. In particular I loved Sphere, The Andromeda Strain, Rising Sun and Timeline. He will be missed on my bookshelf...
