Array Well, I don't know if that's the case -- what we really need is a coach in charge, but more as an administrator. The camps that Nat & Mike ran for WF often revolved around a few teaching ideas, but they took great care to ensure that they weren't stepping on the toes of the personal coaches; merely providing extra ideas and fencer-specific help to build the group up.
That's one of the reasons we don't really give lessons at NWFC camps (except occasionally assessment lessons); you can't instill a motor pattern in that amount of time. But you can help a fencer get ideas to work on in their own training.
Ideally we'd like to be bringing coaches together in the same way to share ideas.
