Premier GOLD Electric Epee BLADE

Is there anyone here with experience of this blade's characteristics/durability? I'm looking to put together a weapon to give to an occasional (~ couple times per month) fencer, but will set my sights higher if this blade is known to be terrible. Also, is this blade roughly equivalent in quality to the Absolute Elite Gold non-FIE epee blade?

(Blade's customer service isn't really a concern in this case because I'd be making my purchase in person as I expect to be in the vicinity of their store in a couple weeks.)
