Error in Posted NAC C Schedule

A word of caution before booking your tickets for Colorado. I just noticed that the headings in the schedule that's posted in the USFA website have somehow 'shifted' to the left. So you might think, for example, that WE Vet 50 is on Saturday, when in reality it's on Sunday -- the events listed under WE are really those of WF. It was ok a couple of weeks ago. Don't know how this happened but it could mess up someone who is just looking at the weapons in the middle of the chart and don't notice the shift.

It has happened before for NACs A and B. I think the person who's doing the html writing is doing it with raw html and is not getting the <tr>, <td> and such aligned correctly. Most likely missing a </tr> or </td> for these mistakes to happen.

Hell, it was fine earlier today, I think. Thanks for the heads up, luckily it's a pretty obvious mistake.

Yes, obvious if you are on the edges. But , today, I actually thought "Oh, great, Vet 50 WE is on my second day, not third like, for some reason, I had previously thought." Then I saw the headings-thrift. I was sorry it was a mistake -- since it would have been better for me if my important event was not the last of three (at high altitudes), but I thought it could potentially mess up some people who were fencing less than three events and did not realize the mistake. Just at heads-up. Nobody might need it.

I just dropped an email to Melissa Baylor, the US Fencing webmaster.

If you find errors such as this in the future it's probably more effective and efficient to do similarly than to post here (assuming, of course, that you didn't do both).

Beat me to it. Actually, the best policy is to e-mail the webmaster and then post a note here saying what you've done so people don't (a) rely on the incorrect information and (b) flood the webmaster with unnecessary e-mails.*

*speaking as someone who receives about a hundred and fifty e-mails a day, most of which I don't have to read.

I did email the usfa. However, the last time I emailed them about something, I never heard back. That's why I posted it here. (I just checked and they still have not fixed the problem.)

Given that it's not yet 9am there, I'm not shocked.

When I emailed about the NAC A/NAC B problems a couple of weeks ago the errors were fixed promptly.
