The Atilla Petschauer Sabre Open is this Sunday at Vassar college. The mixed open is currently at 91 people a few B's/A's shy of being an A3 event.

I dont know how many strips/referees will be available but last year the tournament was well run with 72 fencers. Hopefully they increased the number of strips/refs to accomodate the bigger number this year. I'm sure that some of the 122 people registered wont show up due to the fact that its possible to pre-register without paying, so the real number is a bit lower than that.

It will have to finish by Monday. No one is going tow ait around to finish it, and most probably can't. With a 10AM close of registration theres plenty of time to hold the tournament so I wouldnt worry about not finishing.
