What is required to make this viewable?

I'm using a Windows XP computer with IE and I get a blank space where the video should be with no opportunities to add any needed software or updates and no opportunity for troubleshooting.

I tried it via Firefox on an iMac and that one wanted flashplayer installed but encountered a problem and didn't finish the installation.

I was able to view it on a Vista computer that had no sound and I no longer have access to that computer now that I've got my hands on a headset.

Anyone else having problems with this?

I've been encountering some browsing problems since the Olympics and I want to blame that silverlighting download.
