Is your club a legal entity

Just thinking about liability ad other factors. How is your club set up legally? Corporation, Non-Profit, etc? What about insurance?

    Thanks

We are a Non-Profit at Jacksonville Fencing Club. Opens up possibilities for tax deductible donations and we can deduct items like the rent on our salle.
