I gingerly place my fingertips to my forehead. "It's that bad, is it?" I said with a little chuckle. "Well it's not that bad just a little, teeny bit , slightly well actually it is, and that's probably my fault- I have butterfingers" She said smiling "How bout I walk you to your class- you know just in case- look here's your stuff- no hard objects in my hands at all. You are officially safe" She replied, smiling. "Ah your not that scary. Well .......let me just put my book in my backpack- you know just in case" I said smiling in return. "Ready?" she asked ..............

It seemed his crush du jour had walked w/ out him somewhere between the alligator pit and the Lilliputian Japanese sightseers. Dang! he thought, as he eased open the door to English. And of course as he opened the door every eye in the room had to turn and size him up then glance away decerning he was of little interest. He raised his eyes from the floor and proceeded to his seat. Just as he was sitting down...........
