The Arconian Rule(for fantasy land)

There is no room in Arconia for REAL LIFE insults, disrespect, and all types of personal attacks.
The place for this is (unfortunately) in real life.
In a story line its different, its make believe and not personal.
Anyone that continues to exhibit, this type of behavior in Arconia (in fantasy land)directed toward its citizens will be punished
All arconians will ignore their post and not allow them to partisipate for an agreed period of time. Three chances will be given
and at the end of the third chance ,the person will be banned from partisipation.
He or she can post all day long and it will be required that no arconian answer their post. This is a Rule. Live by it if you want to be Arconian. Die by it , if you dont cooperate.

What if you have to tell the truth about someone.. and they are truthfully a (insert word here.)?? what happens then??

We know the truth, angel. We know (who) the problem is. Descretion will have to be the rule. Case by case basis. If i say , "mango you are mean" thats one thing. If i say mango
f--- y-- thats another. Mango i was making an example thats all...ok? I hated to use that example but im trying to make a point.
No one should be insulted at a personal level
that is totally disrespectable
You cant take away a fencers (verbal darts)
but some consideration, and descretion should be used even when disagreeing.

The King,Queen and the Knights can meet.A vote can be taken. If the problem involves them personally their vote will be excluded.
This will be done on the third incident(the vote). The first two judgements will be made by either the queen or myself. Length of punishment determined by the crown(king,Queen,and knights)on all accounts.

arcon the mad king of arconia, and i didn't mean that disrespectfully at all, why no, i meant it kindly. you see, there is a place in the kingdom of arconia, it is called the private health care facilty. in it are people who are experts in assisting the king become not mad again! isn't that great! wouldn't you like a week off in a place like that? Mango will help! Mango will reserve a room for you, and will bring you clean sheets, talcum powder, and skin care cream. While the night nurse massassages your shoulders which carry the weight of the world.

How about room for defending those who for whatsoever reason cannot defend themselves?

Dame, you may come to anothers defense. And you may seek allies for your cause.
This will work because 5 or 6
people (arconians)of decent character are going to know when someone is WAY out of line. Swordsman is out for a couple of months but he'll be back. I seek a fair system that will prevent another Space/Moon
conflict. I may not be able to prevent it from happening but i can sure find a way to deal with it when it does. After all this forum is suppose to be fun and an outlet for creativity not another one of lifes problems.

Arcon, just checking. You probably have realized that I usually avoid "the fight" but now I am riled. I cannot abide someone who will strike when others are down. You-know-who apparently is leary of me for he does not counter or attack me as yet. But I am prepared for him if he does. Rest assured it will not be pretty if he persists on attcking my friends or should he decide to come out of hiding and attack me.
