hey pescados, isnt there something with 98 and not being able to handle over 148 gigs or something like that? due to the lack of 48 bit something something?
then again, i hate macs, cant use them well, so if theres a mac expert round here, don't listen to me...
How can you not use a mac well? They are the easiest thing to use in the world, they are literally made that way. You can't tweak them easily, but using them is cake. Not being able to use a mac is equivalent to not being able to dial your phone.

They have mac support...but as per standard with most things apple, they pretty much just support the newest version. Save your bile for the annoying company you purchased your computer from. Why do you not have an intel mac anyway? They are so much better than the crappy PowerPC set.

It says Silverlight 2.0 is for mac, but when you install it says not.
I'm not going to the library from 10 PM -3 AM
Mines latest. 10.5. something

Microsoft probably wanted to get Silverlight out as fast as they could, so they only made it work with mainly windows.
You're proxying to NBC to watch them or to the BBC?

All public proxys are slow. I used one in 7th grade to proxy out from my Reading class's computer to play Runescape and access myspace

I heard something about that too, but I'm not sure. I keep all my over 100gb drives in my good computer that I use on a daily basis and they all run XP. The computer that I have running 98 on it a 1991 Compaq Deskpro 66m, 1999 HP Vectra XA, soon to be a working Dell Optiplex G1, and this compaq Presario ...something. The Presario is the best out of them, and it totals up to 6gb over both ATAIDE and 50-pin SCSI.

yeah.
Isn't NBC going to brodcast the Olympics...? You might want to look into investing in a $200-$300 laptop just to do Windows things on. I'm hoping to get one before my trip to PA next summer/this Christmas D:
