fencing blades

i was wondernig how on earth the worlds top fencers get their blades like that. They are like rubber. can anyone tell me if and how to make my blade do that...

It's not their blades that do it, it's them.

On the lame test, their blade bends like a normal blade, but when they actually fence, it's a lot more whippy.

They can do it since they've been fencing a long time and are used to making their blade do that. It's kinda like the same way a professional skateboarder can make skating look so very easy, but a lot of people can't even stand on a board.


Once you are at a high level, you'll be able to do that.


Also, this is all my assumption, so please correct me if I'm wrong

Get your hand really, really strong and then move your blade really, really fast.
