Congrats Ian - welcome to the wonderful world of parenting!
That's it, I'm done with the discussion forums on F.net. It's had its uses, but the ideologues, ranters, and "experts" have drowned too many of the conversations. I'm changing my password to something random and never logging in again.

Congratulations! She's adorable. But if she's a foilist, why is she refereeing epee?

I'm pretty sure she will rebel against her father and fence sabre. Kids do that kind of thing.

She will love her father so much more for leading her down the path of enlightenment.

Congrats. It's always a pleasure to have a newborn. My little girl is still the apple of my eye (but my boys are precious too). I think I have a few fencing posture photos of Emma as well.

    Congratulations, Ian!

Be careful; she might just rebel all the way and play a mainstream team sport like soccer!
