    New to both

Hi everybody, I've been looking at fencing for about 2 months now, and it seems like a sport I might be interested in. The problem is, MN doesn't have many fencing arenas. Also, I'm ten years old and I can't come up with 200-300 dollars fast. Since I'm young I can't get a job. Any advice?

    Thank-You
    Ranif

    You're eager and ambitious, awesome!

Ummm, ask your parents. Do chores and stuff, or just beg beg beg!

and there's probably tons of places in MN, that's Michigan right? Or Montana? Or Maine? Maine's ME? or something. idk

but there's someone here from your state that can help you.

Welcome. I'm Neinteen, Queen of the Foilists. hahaha!

So much for your leadership skills! You won't even be able to find the battlefield!

Yeah, it looks like if you don't live close to St. Paul or Minneapolis you might be out of luck. Depending on where you live though, you might look into crossing over to another state (this is what I do when I'm not at college).

Are there any government programs for assisting kids in athletic endeavours?
