I've seen Chinese restaurants serving snakes, squirrels, frogs, shark's fins aside from dog meat.

Hey, I've had snake in China... not too bad actually. The odd part was walking into the restaurant and seeing the "snake tank." Some how, lobsters are much more appealing in that position.
