Lucky you have contracted the 'flu now, really.
There's a couple of people I know with the bug. By the time you get here, your immune system will be stronger and the climatic change will not be too much of a problem to you.
Rest up, Take it easy, drink some Hot Chocolate with some orange juice in (it works!). Hope you feel better soon.
Steve.

| Thank God I made it back in time for the ball! As some of you may know, I moved from MI to CA. We left August 15th, got here August 20th, and because military base housing was screwed, had to find a home. We made it, have our furniture, are unpacked and I am BACK! I missed EVERYONE! Well, except for those who tried to cause trouble here. Love you all!

| everyone within reason......
Okay, to review, you remember our gowns, let's get real. In this masked ball, we'll do something really good, really real, like the last one! right? Let's think about it, Arcon must have a theme in mind. |

| Its so close to Halloween that the theme is anything goes. Arconia has been through a rough time as of late. She needs to let her hair down. Completely. Pull out all the stops and come as wild as you like.
Thats an order.

| Ahh...perhaps I just skimmed the topic line of this thread, but masks weren't mentioned in the Protocol, and few people, I see, have actually worn them...I am rather glad that I went without.

| i went through my closet yesterday and saw i had nothing to wear! what a disgrace. (except my fencing knickers which had turned a light light shade of aqua from picking up some dye from another outfit, but what the heck) okay:
the autumnal season, halloween, which i'll have to get used to.
The dress is chocolate chiffon, and i'll carry an apricot colored beaded bag. the dress is cut ~ ON THE BIAS ~ it'll drag a bit in the back like the adams family. and arcon should wear some sort of pumpkin colored outfit and we'll open up the occassion with the first dance. then the rest of you turkeys can cut in. |
