Problem with equipment delivery from AllStar - USA I'd like to complain about AllStar-USA company.
My name is Rodrigo, I'm from Brazil.
I ordered an FIE uniform on Allstar USA website on june 16, to be delivered at an adress in New
Mexico, where my mother was going to stay for some days. I made the order two days before she
get to New Mexico, to make sure my request would be delivered safely.
Five days later, there was no sign of my request, or any contact from Allstar. No e-mail, nothing.
I sent them an email (to alstarusa@aol.com) on june 21, and again, i didn't receive any answer. So I
called AllStar on 1-888-ALSTAR5 (1-888-257-8275), and after some conversation, a person named 'Carlos' told me AllStar hadn't sent my request yet because they thought my measures were wrong. I told him I had few days to receive the uniform, and reported him my measures again. I even gave him the the equivalent measures in the system used in AllStar Europe as we combined, so that there would not be any doubt (I gave him the USA measures and the european measures). I explained him all my situation, and he guaranted me the uniform wold be delivered in time.
It was already strange that they waited for me to call them to report there was something wrong, but
as I still had some days, I thought the problem was solved.
The day next to it, they sent me an email saying they didn't have the European sizes. I answered this email explaining I did not request the european sizes, I just gave Carlos that measures because he said he would find the equivalent measures in USA system.
Many days passed, and my uniform still hadn't arrived! I tried to call AllStar again many times, but no
one answered the phone. I also sent lots of e-mails to Allstar, but i haven't received any answer. This situation lasted 'till june 30, when my mother came back to Brazil.
I think it's an enourmous neglect from AllStar. If they told me there was no condition to deliver my request BEFORE, I could try another company, but I couldn't do it once I paid AllStar with my creditcard and they assured me that I wold receive my uniform.
I sent Allstar another email, asking them how could I cancell my order, once they did not delivered my request, and until now, there is no answer.
Does anyone in here already had any problem with equipment delivery? What should I do? -

Array Unfortunately, this is a typical experience with Allstar USA. Many other US vendors carry Allstar and next time, if there is a next time, I would suggest you use another Allstar dealer. -

Array Uh-oh...Allstar USA lost anyone in the US as a customer years ago due to massive incompetence. Now they're going to lose the entire Brazilian fencing community as well! How do they stay in business??? Similar Threads -
