Web Bot Web Bot is going a little crazy. That's fine in the trading post, but I think she should stay out of the main discussion area.

I've put the ebay threads in a subforum.
The main discussion will only post articles from the NBC fencing stories.
Just don't make me bring back George. He was lots of fun. (An "AI" bot that would try to talk with you or reply to threads. He was hilarious.)

Early RedHat Linux came with an AI psycologist / help bot that was hilarious. It would do something like this
Q. How do I make the *** work (The first time you think you are really getting help)
Reply: Why do you think the *** isn't working?
Response: I can't make the *** work.
Reply: How does that make you feel?
It would continue to reply with these kind questions until you got the clue that you were talking to a random loop.
If you dared ask a question in the response sequence, it would respond with "I'm sorry but I ask the questions"

As already mentioned, this webbot thing is getting out of hand. IMHO, it is spamming up the list.
If I want ebay that is easy to find, but the new post are getting completely inundated with useless (to me) ebay postings, and other things that are equally pointless.
Please consider blocking webbot, or tell me how to do that personally.

Web Bot seems to have been to some rejuvenation clinic and has a huge boost of postings all over the main board.

Maybe Web Bot should get it's own sub-forum where it can post all it wants. Normal users wouldn't be able to start new topics and stuff. Just a sanctuary for it. I feel bad having it, but not allowing it to do anything. ↕ Embrace both lines.
