The collar's usually the first place to get discolored since it's next to the neck and gets sweat on it. |

I don't believe that they have a US distributor, but I'm not certain.

| This is a small Italian equipment vendor founded by the guy who invented the electric foil machine. It is run by his daughter in Milan. I bought some stuff form them when I was at a Jr. World Cup in Como.
I think the lames are actually made in France by Prieur and just have the Carmimari label sewn on.
I don't like their hardware. Foils had non-standard plugs, points and a pommel nut that I have never been able to find a wrench to fit.
Gloves are very nice. I have two and they have lasted several years. Clothing is usually very nice and fits well...they are in Milan the fashion capital.

| Please let us know how you took care of the lame so we can comment on how this affects the life span of the lame. |

| And how often you use it. I have seen other brands with green areas within less than half a year.

| i use it twice once a week. i don't keep it in my bag but put on a hanger (it isn't humid here). I'm now thinking of buying another lame for practice use and keep the carmimari for comp.

| Did you ever wash the lame. I would have suggested to do the ammonia bath treatment to clean the lame. I have found this to be the best treatment for metallic lames. |
