Is a 25 year old Foil fencer from So. Texas.

He thinks that he is smart but if he is so smart about fencing why is he still a "D" and why can't he make the top-16 at his own Sectional Competition? His results from Nationals were Div 2 147th out of 181, Div 3 57th out of 183. Fortunately he considers himself to be a "Tactical fencer".

Yes, I'm afraid that he is a regular poster on this board. I would like to have the honor of him surrendering himself to me.

Terms of Surrender include an admittance of guilt.
