Yeah, I contacted them a few months back about purchasing some gear and they responded once, but never have again.

I tried e-mail a few times, and they have been a bit slow (takes up to a week to respond). However, by phone I've always had all my questions and/or problems resolved immediately. Thus I don't e-mail any more, only call.

I know this is probably not their reason, but it often happens to me. We at Absolute sometimes (read most of the time) bounce Austrailian emails, I have no idea why I think your IP range is just full of spammers, I keep futzing with the filters but 85% of email never comes through and when I send it out it almost always bounces back. My suggestion? The 3 aborigines and the fat kangaroo that hold up the "Big Satellite Dish", that connects you with the rest of the world, either need a vacation or a raise because those guys are probably pointing that thing the wrong way or putting it down for frequent smoke breaks. In either case, something needs to be done, also when can we expect another Yahoo Serious movie, we loved Young Einstein and both versions of the Ned Kelly bio-pic (Yahoo and Heath). We Americans will try harder, we fear your "Giant Boot".

ps. Also thanks for the Blond guy from House, that was you guys right?

I'm not Australian. I'm English and I'm in Australia for studying only.

not only 200 years ago, also now. i talked to a guy here (Melbourne) on a tram and he told me he's english as well. I asked him how come he's full of Aussie accent and he said his ancestors were from England many generations ago.

Furthermore, I have no idea why many Aussies pretend to know a lot about England especially those who have been in England for holidays (even just a week).

They were part of the UK until about 60 years ago, your ancestors needed a penal colony and left you to deal with the outcome.

Your actual nationality has no effect on your IP range, since you do physically reside in Australia....

I am not Australian. First, I'm here because I'm doing my course here and I will leave this place once I finish my course. Second, I'm not an Australian citizen and I'm having a British passport (with a Kangaroo visa sticker). I've been in Australia 5 years just because of my course.
