Has anyone seen my sister? I must see her at once.

| Her sister was downstairs, nibbling daintily on a serving of fried oysters and a glass of champaigne, "well, no one seems to be interested in doing the cha cha slide, I'm not sure how long I want to stay..." offering yet ANother hand for someone, she turned on her heel and began this phrase:
.....hop to the right (blam!*)
.....hop to the left two times (blam blam)
cha cha, that's all there is
cha cha,
Suddenly from a ring of grey smoke, a handsome prince appeared wearing the EXACT same outfit as the mystical carp in the other folder. "are you from Venice?" he polietly inquired? Why yes, said the elder sister. "Then is this YOUR slide?" "why, no, not exactly, but...." without hesitation, the prince drew his sword and slew her. SMotted in fact. |

| Nækos gently wrapped ledgerto's body in the bloodstained cloak, then lifted her up and carried her inside. "Somebody's going to die. And it's going to be soon."

| So sorry to enter then disappear into a dark corner...Sir David is so possessive of me!
This leather is chafing me. Perhaps I should find a servant (female, boys...don't get any ideas!) to help me into my gown.
I shall return!

| Mango, please dance with the King, I have injured my knee in these wretched heels and have to sit for a while. As for nutrition in catering NAH! I just want yummy stuff that looks good. My king beheading would achieve nothing......just let them be... I will think of something for them both to do.

| off my rocker? why? i thought i kept it pretty tame.
Now I have to dance with the king, lets think, what kind of dance. Maybe we should just keep to the waltz, I'm wearing organge organza though with a matching crenoline. Does anyone here remember crenolines? All my dresses had them, and a hoop in the hem? |

| M'lady, I regret that I am the one who must inform you, but your dear sister was killed by an assassin's arrow just moments ago. She died right before me, wearing my own cloak.

| Nækos set the cloak-wrapped body of ledgerto gingerly on the nearest couch, then rolled her onto her side and pulled the cloak back. The arrowhead just protruded from the rear of her leather armor. Snapping off the tail sticking out of her chest, he pulled the shaft the rest of the way through and out, then turned and ran out to the balcony. Reaching the rail, he vaulted it, rolling as he landed and coming up running with the sword out. He got to the road, spotted a figure about half a mile down. Stuffing what appeared a de-strung longbow into a horse’s saddlebag. Nækos broke into a sprint, covering the distance with amazing speed. He was there in just over a minute, but his approach had been heard and the assassin was gone.
His energy also gone, Nækos could only jog back to the ball, where he startled several guests when he entered, panting, weapon out, covered in dirt and sweat and blood, his dress tunic torn by a branch.
Entering the main ballroom, he snapped and pointed to the door guard. “You! Guard! Your sword, and knife, now!”
The guard hesitated.
“NOW!!” And he complied, handing over his weapon and sidearm. These Nækos brought to the surprised and heartbroken Dame D’escrime. “Take these, never set them down. I’ll get you some armor as soon as I can.” She was in no state to be defiant as he thrust the hilts into her clenched fists. “And we’re leaving. The back way. FencingAngel, get any of our people who are here and come with me.” FencingAngel turned and shouted orders over the crowd, and several people stepped out and came forward.
“My place. You, you, and you, point guard. You, watch behind. You, you, and FencingAngel, stay around me.” People moved out as he pointed to them. He sheathed, bent, slung Dame D’escrime over his shoulder and set off for the kitchens. She clutched desperately at her sister’s cold hand as he moved away, uttering a kind of high-pitched moan that seared itself into the mind of every person there as the not-yet stiff fingers slipped from hers.

| Will you STOP THAT?? Your sister was just assassinated, everybody knows your here, security here is an impossibility, and she said just before dying that YOU WERE THREATENED, TOO!
And Mango, cut down on the booze. You're hallucinating again.
