Array The Newcomer's Guide to Arconia Without sounding like Inigo Montoya, here's a quick low down of the goings on in our little fantasy:
Webmaster Craig was kidnapped by the fencingsucks scum. It was up to the newly formed Arconian forces to save him (poor Craig!). Though a sucessful mission, somehow Lady Moon managed to get herself captured & tortured by the suckians. She (me?) too was rescued. There was a lovely ball to celebrate the rescues, where everyone introduced themselves. Unfortunately, at some point a nasty spy killed Lady Legerto, and another stranger knocked Lady Moon unconscious, stole her manuscript & kidnapped Willow, the sorceress.
Willow got away, but it was time to come clean with Queen Zelda who she & Lady Moon were. In the meantime, Sir Naekos & Sir Angelo had to deal with "The Dame", Lady Legerto's sister. She wanted revenge but had no clue how to fight.
Many different identities were discovered over the course of the story. Lady Moon was really Princess Buffy of Schoolcraftia. She was supposed to be an arranged marriage to Sir Angelos (the prince of Muu, yet another rival kingdom), but she (& he) ran away before they could meet, ending up in Arconia. Naekos was discovered as a halfling, & The Dame had a thing for him (maybe she likes that kind of guy, who knows?). Anyway...
Naekos has left on a journey, two people have tried to run away, but have come back, many of the Arconians are away to the Land of the Dimming Lights, we have Muuvian forces wanting to attack us, Angelo is hurt, Jo ("The Dame") and Sarana (Foil Girl) have been separated for their behaviour, & now we have an evil guy roaming free among the castle halls.
There's a lot more, but you have to read it for yourself!

Umm. You only mentioned ONE of Lady Ledgerto's deaths.
She cas a hard time, poor lass.
It is a good idea to write the newbie guide. If I was a newbie, I'd be thinking what all this is. Nice one.

Array Yes, we have been through many trails and tribulations. Lets not forget that our first efforts were in the cooler. It was our good webmaster that gave us a home.
A home not just for Arconia, but for all Kindoms of Fantasy. Im still very amazed that all of this took off the way it did.
There are many talented people here on fencing.net. Its obvious from the many interesting stories that we have some very creative forces at work here in Fantasy Land.
Im looking forward to the future and what it may bring. I'd like to thank Moonitic for her recent efforts in promoting Arconia.
Arconia came about as the result of a comment of a friend one night after fencing.
It has been a thrill and a real journey in fastasy and im thankful to all that have been a part of the fun AND the madness,(yes Space, that goes for you too).
live long and fence my fellow Arconians
