looking for mask, jacket, chest protector for young child I'm looking for gear for my son. I need a chest protector, a cotton jacket (front zip, size 30), a mask and a small left-hand glove. Any advice for all-inclusive sites for children's gear would be appreciated. I seem to only be able to find a chest protector in one place, a glove in another, and I'd like to avoid the hassle of a vendor for each item. -

The sizes you have may differ from mine (not every vendor uses the same sizing charts)
For the mask, measure around the head, going from under the chin, up past one ear, over the top, and down past the other ear back to the chin...the measurement will probably somewhere between 20 and 28 inches (closer to 20 probably)
Jacket, chest protector, and underarm protector...around the chest under the armpits.
Glove: Around the hand where the fingers meet the palm, NOT including the thumb.
Don't know why you're ahving trouble finding everything in one place...I can't think of a fencing vendor who woudn't carry all the parts!
Drop me a line....homfencing@hotmail.com -

If you get him, a foil, make sure it's a #0 or #2 blade...a little kid can't really hold up a #5 (too long and heavy for their small muscles). The #2s I sell are pertty light. -

Array I'd send a PM to nicksmom since she has young children that fence. Maybe not at that age, but she'd still know a few places that have what you need. ↕ Embrace both lines.
