| You know what I'm in the mood for now? A nice ripe peach, right off the tree. Damn, that would taste good right now.

| heh, yah. The only tree that has anything close to a fruit is our pecan tree. I remember as a little kid I used to go out to the swing set that we had and grab on to the branches as I jumped out of the swing. Got the best pecans that way. After a while, we started not liking them as much. The tree apparently knew this and now refuses to give us pecans again D:

| It's probably one of your neighbors' fault, actually. Pecan trees can't pollinate themselves, so they need another one nearby if they're going to produce nuts. I bet one of your neighbors cut down your tree's mate.
Either that, or your tree is really old. They'll produce for about 300 years if there's another one upwind to pollinate them.

| No, the tree isn't that old. It's twisted from when hurricane Alisha came. It was young then apparently.
We have a few other pecan trees around it, but Idk if they've pollinated it.

| Mmmmm...our plum trees are looking mighty fruitful this year.
So are our apple trees.

| Coo' coo'. I've seen plenty of farms when I go to PA. They're nice. There's a nice one for sale up by the dam and **** creek. Had tons of land back about 30 years or so, but a good chunk was bought for strip mining. That's probably what will happen to the rest of it. Sad...

| At my house, we should have ripe cherries right now.... But due to unseasonably cold weather for a few weeks, they've still got some time left.

| Thanks Gav!
Speaking of fruity deliciousness, the currants aren't far off.
