Message from Arconia Waste and Sanitation Department Due to a recent lack of public works funds in Arconia, the Arconia Waste and Sanitation Department is forced to close its doors effective immediately.
Citizens who can not stand the stench of the accumulating waste are invited to leave Arconia and seek refuge (no pun intended) in Pottersville.

I cant believe this! just as the Ball was going so well. Guards! have the Lysol Plant blown up immediately that will take care of the smell. Zelda my dear place that call to Baron Rick and get him to send over those porta-potties he brought over from his country. He owes us a favor for all of those
foil parts we sent him. Now im going back to the Ball.......hmmmmmm wheres my glass of wine?????????????

Really though. why can't we just raid someother country and seal some resorces... we have a strike force..
