We will be awarding a katana to the Gold Medalist in each of the three Senior Mixed Open events. Array You may notice that this is a date change from the previous season. We have been having the Amarillo Open in February for the past few years but because of the crowded USFA tournament schedule and the Texas Tech Open, we decided to move to the fall. We plan on putting on a quality tournament. Please put it on your calendar! If everything you try works, you are not trying hard enough.

We are moving from the Amarillo College East Campus Student Activity Center to the Amarillo College Washington Street Campus' Carter Fitness Center, which is right across the street from the Amarillo College Fencing Salle. The main advantage is that we won't be on the outskirts of town but right in the middle of town. Restaurants and hotels are closer.
As noted above, registration is on Ask FRED. If everything you try works, you are not trying hard enough.
