| Where's the fun in hitting the off button?
Besides, they could turn it back "on"...I like the broadsword idea. Could become a wonderful story.

| HilandDoug, no the one who said "while you are down there..." is still current. This one is the reason I started fencing. Arcon, I am fine, except for some evil person giving me the hic cups. The female in question would probably ENJOY being in a harem situation giving the rumours which I have heard, so how about a convent instead? As for our Webmaster being taken hostage, SOMEONE RESUCE HIM, I dont care who, just DO IT! Moontic, you are wonderful and gorgeous and dont fret about teh writers block, I'm sure your prodigious output will return. At this juncture the queen is going to retire to her chambers.

| No infighting bodygaurds! Do we need to go into the courtyard for a fencing duel to decide this? Swordsman have you conceded the
position to Hunbabe or do you seek a contest?
Attention Arconians
Our Webmaster is still in harms way.
But i assure you everything that can be
done is being done as we speak.
Upon his rescue and when the fencing.net
server is secure from those fencingsuck heathens we will celebrate with a fencing
tournament Game.
Heres how it will work. Ill announce two fencers to fence . "fencers ready , fence"
The first person to post will describe the attack (give description) "who attacks", and what the initial attack is ....example
first post: Moonitic advances beat attack/reposte...lands point....1-0
2nd example fencers ready?fence!
shadow lunges moon parries/misses...score
1-1. The fencers will be at our mercy for the outcome.....but all things considered
a lot of life is by chance....
........................see you there
.......................arcon of arconia
I will seek space_cadets advise on rules.
One thing that will make this a bit more competitive and fair is this: each fencer may post one action him/herself....kinda like voteing for yourself....say its 4-4 and
Shadow posts the last action giving herself the point.....She wins!

| I'll concede the position to Hunbabe. No sense in infighting; it would just make the job that much easier for the fencingsucks people. I say instead of going defensive, and being bodyguards, we go offensive. Hunbabe and I can each head up a small, elite strike force. We ingress together. One recovers our webmaster, then gets out with him immediately. The other will assassinate or kidnap their webmaster. If this is taking to long, or reinforcements are needed, the rescure team can go back in after completing their mission.

| Space, you do it your way...I'll do it mine.
Your Highness, if I may be so bold, I think appointing a champion to my cause would be better. That horrible attack on me Saturday shattered my precious concentration. After all, without your beloved scribe...who will pen entertaining stories for Her Majesty & Your Most High Self?
Meanwhile, I shall sit back, & have my scantly clad male servants rub my temples, sore hands & feed me grapes...

| A champion...? Chivalry returns, I see. As always, I am open to any assignment which may be given me.
Though I must warn you, Arcon, there are those plotting to overthrow you...

| Your Highness, I will accept your invitation with the polite request that I be allowed my sabre instead of my foil - If I must spring to your defense I would prefer the weapon I train in rather than one I dabble with occaisonally. Ahh, dinner with royalty - A high point in my life.

WHO DARES? SWORDSMAN? SPEAK MAN!
NO ONE HERE HAS SEEN MY ANGER.....NO MY FURY
ok swordsman i have recieved your pm. I am calm now. If i do not here from Mango in 24 more hours i will assume the worst.
Be prepared to take over the rescue mission
for our beloved webmaster.....I have received
correspondence from him and he is alive and well though eager to return to his normal life. I will double the gaurds around the
palace and restrict the queens movements.
She will complain but she'll get over it.

| My liege, it is the least I could hope to do. I shall fight viciously with whoever signs on for the return of our webmaster. Who is in charge of the enemy webmaster's assassination?
