    I hope they're going to do the other weapons as well. Watching sabre is only slightly more interesting than watching no fencing at all.

    My computer is quite capable of running FRAPS, so I should be able to record video of my computer playing the video, for posterity.

    Yeah I hope to see some recordings/replays of the foil fencing.
    Hopefully NBC will have good coverage.

    well, it worked in my favor in THIS particular case, providing NBC doesn't totally do in the coverage...

    NBC has explicitly said that they will be tracking download activity on its websites as a means of gauging interest in particular events and sports. This includes traffic not only to the video streams, but to blogs, athlete profiles, and "gaming" (not sure what that is). Traffic is intended to drive coverage.
