( Yes, I know---you meant "in my opinion" or "I am convinced that". Would it kill you to say so? ) Originally Posted by cbcarey The absolute worst case I can imagine is that someone is opening envelopes, sees a name on there of someone they know, and will be tempted to read what that person voted. I can think of this, for example:
"Someone" now has a copy of your signature, to use or misuse as they please.
They also probably have your checking account number or credit card number, from when you paid for a NAC registration or your last membership renewal.
What could a good identity thief not do with these? Use the Shift key, people! Keyboard manufacturers everywhere are ineffably saddened when you ignore what they made just for you! -

I've long suspected that I'm more important than the rest of you. This, finally, may be the confirmation for which I've been pining.
Excellent. You only received 3 Ballots? We residents of the Chicago area received as many ballots as we require. We use the Richard Dailey method of voting.

Err, don't you received as many ballots as your ward bosses think you'll need? -

Dave That IS good news.
I was worried that I would have to break out my mimeograph kit to correct any deficiencies in necessary voting materials.
Excellent to hear that you fellows have already been taken care of. Our democracy is in good hands. Praise be to the Almighty. P.S. you may still want to contact the official USFA Historian, Andy Shaw, for a list of names. Take your time. Read carefully. -

What could a good identity thief not do with these? They had your signature from your Membership/NAC/SN entry Forms anyway. The only way to atone for being occasionally a little over-dressed is by being always absolutely over-educated. -Oscar Wilde Similar Threads -
