I know that B4YB sells online, as do we (including some shirts, etc.) and a number of other vendors. We actually just built a similar online "boutique" for Allstar where merchandise ships from the U.S.; there's also one for the FIE that we manage. If you go to cafepress.com and enter keywords like "fencing" or various weapons, etc., you can find quite a bit of stuff (shirts, hats, gift items, etc.) both from professional designers and manufacturers as well as from creative individuals. You should note, however, that this are not "USFA"-branded, if that's what you're seeking.
