I've never heard of Sport 7 tips. But I built a couple of those weapons for the club and they had German tips purchased from Absolute.

Sport 7 is a French manufacturer...fairly popular French tips.

The flange coming undone was more common with Germans I sold for a while, but I'm seeing it more in the Frenchies.

The flange is a simple pressure fit...and the shaft is not always peened...and sometimes the peening isn't effective....all the Sport 7s I saw come un done had the shaft peened.
