Cassara will be the 08 Olympic foil champion. I just saw him rip through all of his opponents in the Tokyo World Cup. It was a loaded event. 14 of the top 16 mens foilists showed up to improve seedings at the OG. Cerioni, Golobitsky, and Weissenborn were also there coaching.

Blood and gore will fill the fencing pavilion on that dark day, the looks of desperation and terror seen clearly through lexan visors will be broadcast for all to see. He will pause ever so briefly only to hear the soft lamentations of their women. And as he lifts his sabre for the final time against a broken Jason Rogers, he will mutter dryly "I think you're in my spot." |

Regretfully, because of the peculiar rules for Olympic participation, Cassara` who is #6 in the Olympic classification will not go, but #479 with zero FIE points will...
