Hmm. My daughter was one of the first to be issued a Social when she was born. This past week she applied for her first job- and discovered someone else was using her number. Hooray. Rather than clear this mess up with a warm body (Maybe this person just transposed her numbers- a believable mistake) we have to contact 5 different numbers to register a fraud claim and alert 3 credit clearing houses.
