Yes, you will find ignorant people everywhere you go, but you don't need to call out a specific section of the world, drawing great attention to it by inferring they are the most ignorant. -

Yes, because then I would be like everybody else in this thread pointing at America. And where would we be then?
No double standards. I said it was about as good, I never said they were the most ignorant. You inferred that meaning yourself, I did nothing to put it on a pedestal above the others. If anything, by saying it was about as good, I said that the video shown was worse. If anything was inferred, it was that the video showed people worse than the example I gave.
