A little help please :)

hi there

i have been fencing for about 5-6 years and have just started coaching recently, i have my own club with about 15 members but would like some tips on how to make my club better

please help

High turnover rates at fencing clubs

It's about lowering turn over rates--so most of the responses are about how to improve the club in order to gain and keep fencers. Very helpful.

Three tips.

1. Continue growing in coaching (Coaches College and maybe a mentor coach to work under)

2. Make the expereince fun but keep it structured

3. Don't burn yourself out trying to run the club alone, enlist hlp of parents, friends and the fencers to make things run smoother.
