Reporting Posts?

Should we report posts that are obviously bad for the forum? As in spamming the sale of non-fencing gear and such.

Or should we just let the mods delete that at their own will. Since if everyone else is reporting it, it would lead to a lot of spam?

Idk, just wondering if reports were helpful or just a nuisance.

I think it's best to report them. They're usually covered up in a few hours. It's always nice to help out mods a bit!

FYI it's best to report the posts. Especially spam. This is one of the busiest boards I read regularly and I certainly don't have time to read everything.

All the mods get a heads up of reported items and we can read through them at leisure. It can sometimes take a wee while for a decision to be made - mostly because it's not clear why something is being reported - but something will eventually happen.
