Youth Athletes Needing Birth Year Verification

With apologies to those following the separate threads on underage fencers in open events and youth national points, I have noticed the USFA page for the Portland NAC provides a link to download a list of athletes (Y10-Y14) who are registered for the tournament, but have yet to provide birth year verification (passport, birth certificate, etc.) to the USFA. This is per the requirement that went into effect for youth athletes last season, if I remember correctly.

I understand an athlete who has never fenced in an SYC or NAC event before probably has not yet had to produce this verification. However, on that list are several athletes who have earned points at SYCs this season. When the point lists are updated after the NAC, will the USFA still award points if the verification still has not been provided?

It seems the Athletes Handbook is silent on this issue.

If the verification has not been produced, will they be allowed to fence in Portland?

The athlete's information package states that you must produce birth certificate or passport to prove age if haven't already done it at sry.

For that matter there are fencers on there who competed in the Y14 event at NAC B. I would have thought the USFA was checking there as well.
