There were 18 sabre fencers there. Who qualified for div II/III? was it the top8 or 4, etc.

thx Top 25% qualify for each.
There were 18 fencers, so the top 5 qualified for D2.
There were 16 D-or-under fencers, so the top 4 D-or-under fencers qualified for D3.
D2 qualifiers:
