| Business managers Do any clubs out there have a seperate business manager, or one coach who really focusses on the club as a business (and has appropriate training in that area?) How does it work out? Do they tend to end up payign for themselves?
I'm curious because I've seen many excellent coaches with very poor business sense, or clubs where people can learn to fence very well that are not very financially sound.
