If you are looking for a fencing scholarship, you need a DIV 1 school. Generally speaking, to get that scholarship, you need an A and a very high ranking on the points list.
As mentioned in other threads, the Ivy League schools, Div I or not, do not award either athletic or merit scholarships. Financial Aid is need based only.
Even with a coach's support, you'll need to have an Academic Index above 210 to get into an Ivy League school. You can estimate your AI here: http://www.collegeconfidential.com/academic_index3.htm
700s across the board on SAT sections and SAT subject tests and a top 10% class rank would put you on the bubble. These academic stats without a hook (recruited athlete or other hook) would place one among the many who are qualified but unlikely to be accepted.
