"A “composite team” consisting of members of one Division but not all in the same club will be allowed to compete in the team championships if there is no club team entered from that Division. Composite teams should submit their entry at the same time as other teams; these teams will be notified at the close of the period for entering the tournament if they will be accepted in the competition"
