Does the Grande Prix in May in Montreal count or is that too late?

The FIE has posted the points for Sweden.
So does that mean?
The USA got 30, therefore they now have 228.
Venezuela got 22, therefore they now have 238.
Is that correct?

(If that is the way it works, it means that Russia is now only 4 points behind the Ukraine.)
