Stiff blades I´ve heard that there are people who prefer stiff blades over flexible blades.Does a stiff blade give them some sort of advantage? -

Array stiff blades mean theres no point-wobbling (after a disengage or a hard parry and such). It's my personal opinion that as long as the blade isn't ridiculously flexible, fencers get used to the "point wobble" anyway.
On a sidenote-
beginners (who like to counterattack) with really stiff blades are an occupational hazard Similar Threads -
