| Choosing new FIE mask I need to buy a new FIE mask, but i not really sure which one should i get, so far my best candidate is the Leon Poul FIE with Contour fit system. One of my mates has it, and he says it feels great, but still i am not decided yet...
Any suggestions for a better one?? |

| I own one Prieur and one Uhlmann. I love them both. That being said, most of my clubmates own the LP w/ Contour Fit. It seems that everything I hear about it is really good. The only POSSIBLE negative which I have observed with it is that some people seem to fit it farther forward on their head than other masks. The result is that SOMETIMES, people will get nailed on the back of the head if they are fencing someone who flicks, and they duck. So you may want to go with the LP, but be sure to be aware of how you have it adjusted. |

| Good decision going with an FIE mask. If I had to have things FIE, it'd be my mask and my foil blades.
I own the LP FIE Contour fit mask. There's a great video here on fencing.net on how to properly piece it together on the inside (and get it fitting just the way you want it). It's extremely comfortable and it's not jarring when hit in the face by a point like other masks I've tried over the years.
I highly recommend it.

| All four of my boys have the LP FIE mask with contour fit. One of them, as well as myself, have the new model with the exchange bib and love it.

| If you are a foil fencer, we believe that the X-change bib system is going to make the transition to a conductive bib easy and inexpensive. If I can anwer any questions please email.

| I'm going with one of the LP Contour Fit Xchanges, as well. They're really awesome from every account of them.
It's just too bad they're delayed right now because of high demand.

| I have an All Star but is a litle old it have 3 years old, the bib is very bad and I need a new one, I think this won´t be a problem if I have a LP x-change, but I read from Alex Paul that they are going to be some kind of change in the LP x-change mask coming soon so I think you might wait a little to the new one came out. |

| The Foil/epee X-change masks have a new shaped bib and all sabre masks are also moving over to this new shape.
Padding will be changing to be a bit thicker and include memory foam and wicking material next to the skin. The padding will be available separately and will be retro fitable to all x-change masks..
