San Diego Division 3-Weapon Open May 4, 2008 This will be the first time I participate in an event... (my last post was misplaced, I'm not doing the team open YET)
I still have to buy some equipment, any ideas or suggestions?
Heard blue gauntlet has good equipment/prices...

Why wait until May? There's so many tournaments in California, you might as well jump in sooner.
I like absolutefencinggear.com, but I'm a little bias because I get a decent discount through the club. But generally, they have good prices. I'm from Chicago living in Cali, and a lot of people like thefencingpost.com. Quick delivery since it's nearby.
Blue gauntlet isn't bad. Neither is leonpaul. It depends on what you want to buy, who has it, and at what price.
