| cougarchannel.com So have you seen cougarchannel.com ???
I note, btw, that my mother's mother was widowed in her thirties and married someone younger than two of her four children. He was 21.
She outlived him by over a decade.
Now, GRANDMA was definitely a cougar. She also was a trendsetter. |

| I did see it... I considered posting that link, but I was looking for something more along the lines of Needle's clip.
As for cougar relatives... My grandmother was also a cougar and so is my aunt.

practical confident= golddigger?
Sheesh....
Comfortable shoes are practical. Marrying for money equals one very expensive escort.
What advice are you handing out here missy??
Ohh sorry... this is the 'How to be an escort' topic. My bad.

| You mistake comments for advice. If you read the posts prior, there was no question. Other than klazy asking if any of the cougars were wealthy. So yes, in fact my aunt is quite comfortable. That is quite evident. I find it interesting that you are a troll (albeit not a good one) yet expect people to take you and your threads seriously. A wee bit of an identity issue???

A wee bit of an identity issue??? | Yes I was trolling since you made it so simple...but all the diatribe you can muster cant change the fact your aunt is a golddigger and her husband a fool. Just because both of them were happy doesnt make it correct behavior or ethically sound.
Marrying for money in the main is just as loathesome as marrying ONLY for looks. Or don't you find that show about Hugh Hefner and the Playboy bunnies sickening? That old man has about as much in common with those whores as I(not skinny) do a marathon runner(skinny).
Sometimes I wonder what passes for ethics around here. God forbid people actually marry because they love each other and wish to build lives together. Perish the thought.

| Dear Troll,
Your need for attention is boring and immature.

PS: I aint sayin she's a gold digga...she aint messin with no broke n@@@a... | Marriage originated as an arrangement between two families for whom social and monetary gain were equally important.
Maybe you are simply upset that others are able to understand specifically what they want and what makes them happy, rather than holding on to an abstract, mercurial idea like love as the pinnacle goal between two people.
Speaking from experience, such idealism often leads to divorce.
I'm with Fencergrl in thinking that your troll tactics are attention-seeking and immature. Not to mention insulting and judgemental, which are also signs of immaturity. |

My significant other will be out of town on business for a whole week. How should I pass my time wisely?

I'm with Fencergrl in thinking that your troll tactics are attention-seeking and immature. Not to mention insulting and judgemental, which are also signs of immaturity. | The truth is often very judgmental. What you call understanding is a life so lacking in poetry and meaning; I'd rather kill myself than be a simpleton enough to live it. I never said seek out the poorest bloke and marry him but to marry FOR money? AS in the main reason? To the garbage can....
If to be mature is to accept low standards as fact that cannot be changed, my constant companion...crowns for your convoy, your passport shall be made. Figo to thee sir.
You have a most troubling world view. By the way... I didnt invent the term Golddigger. Just seems I successfully applied it and some people dont like that. Tough.
Truth hurts,

| Dear FG
It has been drawn to my attention, as I don my DAR bonnet, that 4 July is Independence Day, but 1 July is Canada Day.
Given your territorial propensities for libertation of a country to the south, what do you have planned for 2 and 3 July?

But then I'm a literalist and find reality funny.

EW | Dear Bonnet Boy,
Our invasion is a secret... but since all the fencers are distracted by the latest USFA scandal it's pretty safe to assume no one other than other commonwealthers will read this.
The plan goes something like this... July 1: play a little hockey, drink beer. Early morning July 2nd: Having a good beer buzz we cross the line to invade the US trying to be quiet and not trip on anything (shhhh... we might wake the neighbours). First Mission: Find a all night beer store. After finding it we discover the heathens have filled all the beer bottles with piss water. We then remember that the reason it's hard to walk is not because we're too drunk but we have kilos, and kilos of beer on our backs! Second Mission: Stagger about until we remember what we're doing. July 3: It's always hard to remember what you did/ planned to do on day three of a party isn't it??? July 4th: Finally! TGIF Everyone is in a festive mood! Time to invade and crash a few backyard BBQ parties. Steal a few firecrackers when no one is looking. Late in the PM on July 4th: Burn the White House down with above mentioned firecrackers.... have a sense of Deja-vu but not know why... pillage for marshmallows.
Other than that... not much.
