High school club

I really want to see about starting a club in my high school. Its a HUGE high school and I know at least 4-5 kids fence. I have started clubs before, but nothing like this.

A good list of things I will need would be handy...

I am the assistant coach of a high school club in VA. I started fencing there as a student the first year it existed, then graduated and came back to coach. If you have questions feel free to ask.

What are the costs associated, should I close it to people who already fence to save money on gear, how often should practices be held...
